We are not your typical management company.  We develop a marketing program that meets the needs of our owners.  We focus on our guests and owners to ensure we meet the needs of both.  Our goal is to seek the highest annual yield possible for your investment property.  Our success is due to the advertising of each and every property.

Past Performance:

We will review the past performance of your existing vacation rental property.  If you were self-managing in the past, or you are upgrading from another management company, we'll ask you to share as much information as you can about the property's past performance.  We will strive to exceed your past performance.

Treating your Property like our own:

We manage all of our rentals like our own.  Carolyn and I are also owners so we know what it's like being an owner.  This is why we opened this business.  We felt we needed to offer owners a company founded by owners for owners.  Our team is available to our guests and owners 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Your Vacation Rental:

Our 24-hour property management team keeps our vacation rental homes looking good and operating well.  We screen our guests and ensure that your rental is not exceeding the capacity of you rental.  We require our guests to be 25 years of age and have strict guidelines regarding the property use, parking and noise levels.  We thoroughly screen our vacation rental guests - attracting only the best temporary tenants.

We Provide Quick Service & Guest Request Response:

When a problem occurs the guest becomes our number one priority.  For example; if the coffee maker, microwave, or even the refrigerator stops working, we are stocked with loaners and make sure you're guest is taken care of.  We work very hard to provide the best quality service to our guests.

We Strive to Generate Maximum Occupancy for Your Rental:

We treat each property individually - creating a marketing plan tailored specifically to your home so we can strategically optimize your occupancy, attract the best recurring guests, and maximize your income yield.  We market our rentals nationally and internationally to enable us to connect your rental property with guests all over the world.

Our expertise pays off in one of the most important ways for our owners, which is making the most income possible for their investment property.  This is why we market each and every property individually so your property is seen by as many potential guest as possible.

Management at No Risk:

We are so sure that you will be happy with us managing your vacation rental, that it's at NO RISK TO YOU.  We pay all the advertising and marketing of your vacation rental and if you are not happy with the service that we provide you can cancel AT ANY TIME with written notice.  We feel you should be happy with your management company and the job that they do for you and if you're not happy, then you should not be locked into a year-long agreement.

Keeping You Informed:

We keep you informed every step of the way.  As a Property Owner, you'll have access to our staff at all times.  Our online Owner Portal keeps you abreast of your reservation calendar in real time and your monthly earnings are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
