This three-story ocean front townhouse style condo occupies the first, second and third floor, so whether you are looking for a view with shade or ready to catch some sun, you have the best view of any other condo on the island. This split-level condo features large sliding glass doors exiting out onto a very large patio deck with unobstructed views of the beach from the master bedroom and the living room. With two bedrooms and two full baths and lots of living space, you have plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The master suite contains two (2) very comfortable queen size beds, Flat Screen TV and private en-suite bath. The second bedroom has two (2) twin beds and a flat screen TV. The living room has plenty of seating for the entire family. So just sit back and enjoy the 50" flat screen TV, watch the ocean or listen to the sounds of the waves. Our condo is also equipped with high speed WIFI, so bring your electronic devices and stay in touch with friends and families. The kitchen is fully equipped and very spacious. All the condos major appliances have been upgraded to new energy-efficient models including the refrigerator, flat-top stove, and dishwasher, all in stainless steel finishes, and a large-capacity washing machine and dryer. Also included is all the cookware you will need, a coffee maker, toaster and even a blender. Sea Spray is an ocean-front community with private access to the soft, wide beach. Historic downtown St. Augustine, the oldest city in the U.S. is just 7 miles up A1A, with over 500 years of history with tours, dining, shopping, San Sebastian winery, Flagler College, the Alligator Farm Zoological Park, and a miniature golf course with pirate ship. ** 1 Small Dog Maximum Allowed At An Additional Pet Fee Of $100 (+ tax). We would love to say thank you for working with us so we could stay at your amazing home! It was a wonderful and relaxing week. We enjoyed waking up each day to the views of the inlet and ocean. The beach was mostly secluded, and private. We saw so much marine life. I have a passion for sea turtles. My oldest sister and I shared that. We always vacationed together at the Outer Banks in North Carolina and looked for turtles, nesting sites, dolphins, shells, etc. She even helped at one of the turtle rescues there. She passed away four years ago. Even though we never visited this area of Florida together, each day I was reminded of her and felt like she was there with me. Every morning there was a mesmerizing sunrise. Each day we saw at least three juvenile sea turtles swimming in waves. They even swam up to us on several occasions. We saw schools of dolphins that were so close we could reach out and touch them. The fishing was great, and we were able to enjoy the water with boogie boarding and kayaking on most days. We even found a sand dollar. All of the things my sister and I shared were so unexpectedly and refreshingly there. My husband and son had a great time too. This trip reminded me why I love the coast so much, and gave me a lot of the joy back where there has been a large void. Thank you!
