Welcome to Dancin Dolphin! This three bedroom, three bath home will become a favorite getaway for you to rest, relax and enjoy time together again and again! Start every day with the beauty of a sunrise while you enjoy your coffee overlooking the water in the screened lanai. The huge pool is refreshing in the summer months and solar heated in the cooler months for year round enjoyment. Enjoy eating on the lanai as it has two dining tables and a gas grill for all your cooking and dining needs.
Inside you will find a clean, well laid out home. The large kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook and bake the perfect meal for family and friends, to include a mixer, blender, coffee maker, and a large pantry and large refrigerator for groceries. There are plenty of dishes, cookware and tableware to serve everyone. The kitchen breakfast nook/island has a lovely view of the water and seats eight in total for comfortable meals.
The living room has floor to ceiling sliding doors so you can enjoy the peaceful water view all day long. It is beautifully decorated and furnished with comfortable sofas with built-in recliners, a 70” HDTV. There is plenty of space for the whole family. Make yourself at home and sit back, relax and enjoy your favorite movie or sporting event. The spacious dining room seats eight if you prefer a more formal dining experience.
The master suite is equipped with a king-sized bed with adjustable Tempurpedic mattresses that will provide a delightful sleep! Watch your favorite shows in bed on the 55" HDTV. There is also a full size sleeper sofa. The en-suite bathroom has a large shower, walk-in closet and two sinks. French doors lead to the lanai, should you want to enjoy a midnight swim.
The second bedroom has a king size bed, 55" HDTV and full bathroom which leads to the lanai. The third bedroom boasts bunk beds, both upper and lower bunks are full size with comfortable memory foam mattresses. Of course, there is also an HDTV in this room. The indoor laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, so you won’t have to worry about doing laundry when you get home.
The home has WIFI so bring all the electronic devices and stay in touch with family and friends while you have the best vacation ever.

The house is located just off the Intracoastal in one of the Palm Coast main canals for quick, easy access for all your boating and fishing fun. The Palm Coast Marina is about five minutes away.
The beach is calling! Flagler County has many beautiful public beaches. The nearest beaches to the house provide clean bathrooms, showers and ample parking. In only 10 minutes you can be on the beach in your chair enjoying the sunshine and sparkling water!
Palm Coast is a golfers paradise! Bring your clubs and enjoy a round on a different course every day on one of five nearby PGA golf courses.
There are miles of trails for running, walking and biking in Palm Coast, St. Joe's Walkway being the closest, just outside the neighborhood.
Nature lovers will want to explore Washington Oaks Gardens State Park which boasts gardens on the Intracoastal side and a public beach on the Atlantic. Faver-Dyke State Park is home to eagles, egrets, river otters, and deer. You can rent canoes at the Pellicer Creek canoe trail and explore the marshes. Get up close to real dolphins at Marineland!
For a fun day out, shopping and restaurants are plentiful in the nearby European Village and historic St. Augustine which is a short drive away.

Staying here was amazing. You truly get the vacation feel. Right on the water, minutes from the beach, less than an hour from the specatular Orlando attractions, 30 minutes from Daytona and even closer to St. Augustine.
The house has everything you could ever expect in your own home. There were so many little extra amenities that truly bring the vacation feel. You'll see what i mean!!
My family and I will be back!

My husband and I spent a relaxing 4 days in Palm Coast. It is a very spacious and accommodating home. Beautiful water views from the living room and kitchen. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the waterside screen room while watching pelicans and dolphins in the harbor. The screen room encloses a very large, heated pool, dining tables and chairs. The party lights and speakers in the screen room lend a festive, fun air to this outdoor space. The kitchen is beautifully appointed and stocked with everything you would need to cook, set a table, and enjoy a meal. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms are nicely decorated, very comfortable and spotless. The home is within easy driving distance of historic St. Augustine, beautiful beaches, State parks with wonderful gardens and springs for watching manatees in the crystal blue water of hot springs. The intracoastal waterway is almost within view from the water at the house. It is a beautiful part of Florida, offering so much to see and do; but you might be tempted to just sit back and relax at the house. We hope to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The pictures don’t do it justice. Plenty of space; clean; strong Wi-Fi; and well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood was so quiet - no traffic to be heard at any time. The back deck quickly became a favorite spot in the morning, so peaceful looking across the water. We loved that the owners had thought to label all of the switches - it saved so much time.
Close to the beach and grocery. We enjoyed walking our dog down St. Joes Walkway each day and exploring the shops and dining at European Village - both just a mile away. Definitely coming back!!

My family and I really enjoyed our recent stay at Dancing Dolphin! The house was perfect with plenty of space for everyone and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked for cooking meals but we also enjoyed eating at some of the local restaurants. We loved swimming in the huge pool and watching for dolphins in the canal (we saw one!). The location was perfect with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby and also several walking/running paths. The Intracoastal Waterway Trail was only 1.3 miles away and was a perfect place for a morning run! The dog-friendly beaches were about a 10-minute drive and had showers/bathrooms to clean up before driving home. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation and we can't wait to return!
