Plenty of room for the family to spend time together or to spread out for some quiet time. This well appointed home is in the quiet community, Four Winds, in the best part of Saint Augustine Beach. It is a short walk (50 yards) to the private beach access, You can enjoy a walk on the beautiful beach, a game of tennis or shuffleboard or even a swim one of the heated swimming pools all year round!

Second bedroom furnished with a new queen sized and twin bed as well as a fold away bed available.
Living room features a sleeper sofa as well as Blu ray player and DVDs for your enjoyment.
Wi-fi, cable television, 3 TV's, washer and dryer, beach towels and beach toys provided. There are even beach chairs and a wagon to take it all down to the beach!

Property is considered self-catering. Only starter supplies provided.
The Four Winds complex offers beachfront walkway access, two heated pools, in-unit laundry, several beach and pool showers, tennis court, basketball court, free onsite parking for two cars, and nearby jet ski rentals and golf, with St. Augustine Shore Community Golf Club with 18 holes and driving range only just a few minutes away. This unit also comes with toys: Pool noodles, boogie boards, wake boards, skim boards, and even a surfboard! The complex does not permit pets.
Convenient location, only 15 minutes to historic downtown St. Augustine! There is so much to see and do for everyone: Get up close with the gators at the Alligator Farm, swim with dolphins at Marineland, play miniature golf, rent bikes just 3 miles up A1A, kayak and stand-up paddleboard at our nearby county and state parks, take a trolley tour of historic St. Augustine, and so much more! You will fall in love with all St. Augustine has to offer for a family vacation or quiet getaway that you'll never forget!
