This is a lovely condo, conveniently located to shopping and restaurants and just a short drive to St. Augustine. The pool is right off the patio and the ocean is about a 1 minute walk away. I love this location and have been recommending it to my friends. Will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed in this condo mid June for a week. We have never been to Florida in the summer and have never been to Saint Augustine before. I was surprised how comfortable it actually was and not the extreme heat that I always thought you experienced in the summer.
I cannot tell you what a wonderful time we had, and how beautiful the condo was that we stayed in. The location was absolutely perfect with the pool just outside our door. Of course we all want ocean front but that's not always possible, this was the next best thing! You walked out and you could see the ocean and it was just a few short steps to get to it. You have your own private beach and there was hardly anyone on it and the sun rises and sunsets were spectacular. The beach was very clean and I just loved how you felt so spaced out... you don't get that at a lot of other locations.
The condo was very clean and very well supplied with all the essentials. The brand new kitchen was just beautiful and perfectly set up with everything you would need to prepare a beautiful meal and stay in to eat or even eat out on the patio..
I was so surprised by everything that was available for us to take in and sightsee. Also, I would love to be able to bring my grandchildren back as there was so much for them to do, with riding the dolphins, jet skiing, parachuting and the alligator farm as well. The prices for these adventures seemed very reasonable compared to what I’ve heard at other vacation locations that we have stayed at. The restaurants that we went to were just delicious and the seafood which is really and truly all we wanted to eat was so fresh and well prepared!
My husband and I will definitely be coming back to stay again!

Our family vacation to the oldest city in the country (456 years) was met with a beautifully decorated, updated and comfortable condo, with a great location! We were literally 100 yards walking distance to the beach, had two pool options with one just off the patio, tennis and basketball courts, great restaurants nearby, and a 15-minute drive to Historic St George Street. The owners have thought of everything, including a utility closet with beach cart, chairs, umbrella, and toys. We also enjoyed parasailing, swimming with the dolphins, and a pretty cool airboat ride to see alligators in their natural habitat. One of our best vacations ever...we'll definitely be back!
