Steps from the beach, Four Winds F8 is a picturesque second-floor condo in a beautiful complex north of the Matanzas Inlet. Enjoy generous on-site amenities, plenty of space to spend time with your family or friends, and a balcony with a partial ocean view where you can savor your morning coffee, dining al fresco, or evening glass of wine. This two-story, 2-bedroom, 1 1/2 bath condo sleeps five comfortably and is a tranquil escape.
Step inside to find a two-level, tastefully decorated living space with a soothing coastal vibe. The first level features an updated, fully-stocked kitchen, perfect for preparing meals and mixing your favorite beverages (yes, there’s a blender!). The kitchen overlooks the dining area, with upholstered seating for four and two padded barstools for kids or guests. Amenities include a microwave, toaster and toaster oven, plenty of pantry storage, and even an espresso machine!
The open plan main floor is perfect for meals or game night (games provided!), with plenty of space to spread out. Watch your favorite movie, sports or streaming service and curl up on the couch or the very relaxing recliner. A half bath is also conveniently located on the first level.
Upstairs are the primary and guest bedrooms, both tastefully furnished and updated. The oversized primary bedroom features a magnificent ocean view and a comfortable king bed that will leave you refreshed after a long night’s sleep. Open the windows to enjoy the sea breeze and sounds of the ocean, and feel all the stress from your day-to-day life melt away. The guest bedroom offers both a queen bed and twin bed, with full bath close by. Both rooms offer smart TVs with sleep timers, plus thoughtful USB ports and A/C outlets thoughtfully provided. And for those who work remotely, the primary suite provides a desk with keyboard tray and adjustable chair.
From your door, it is literally a 90-second walk to the soft sands of Crescent Beach, with three fully-open dune walkovers providing easy access to what feels like a very private beach. Help yourself to the provided beach chairs and umbrellas, pool noodles, beach toys, skim boards, boogie boards and even a surfboard! You can see one of the two heated pools from your balcony, and the property also offers several beach and pool showers, a tennis court, shuffleboard, pickle ball and even a basketball hoop. Four Winds also provides free on-site parking for two cars, reserved boat parking for a small fee, and nearby jet ski rentals and golf, with the St. Augustine Shores Golf Club mere minutes away.
You'll be only 13 miles from historic downtown St. Augustine in this convenient location. There's so much to see and do: Get up close with the gators at the Alligator Farm, swim with dolphins at Marineland, play miniature golf, rent bikes just three miles up A1A, kayak and stand-up paddleboard at nearby county and state parks, or take a memorable trolley tour. You'll fall in love with all that St. Augustine has to offer, and Four Winds as your home away from home!
We love our furry friends too so bring your pup. The complex allows one small dog.
Pet Rules:
One pet is permitted in the unit with prior approval and for an additional fee of $100 per pet.
Separate from the pet fee, an additional security deposit of $500 will be assessed for each pet, refundable following unit cleaning and inspection. NOTE: The Damage Protection fee paid at time of booking does not cover any pet-related damage.
Guests with pets but no prior approval will be asked to leave immediately without refund, be charged the fee of $100 per pet, and additionally be charged a $500 fine to the credit card on file.
A dog weighing up to 25 pounds is permitted. Breed restrictions apply; see below.
Pets are not permitted to be left unattended in the unit, even if kenneled. Any animal in the unit must be supervised by a human at all times. If pet noise complaints are received from neighbors, Guest must remove the animal from the premises.
Per County ordinance, pet must be leashed at all times when outside the unit.
Pets are NOT permitted on furniture or bedding. If pet fur or hair is found on furniture or pet stains on carpets, linens or upholstery, Guest will be assessed associated cleaning fees.
Guest must pick up and dispose of all pet waste using onsite trash cans or dumpsters. Do not bring pet waste inside the unit. If Guest fails to pick up and remove pet waste anywhere on the property, a $250 pet waste fee will be assessed for each incident.
Pets are not permitted on lower patios, pool areas, or in pools. This is State law and will be enforced by Four Winds management without exception.
