Enjoy this newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 baths, second floor condo located in St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet. Only a short walk to a private beach walkover. Relax in the jacuzzi only steps from front door. For your enjoyment, unit 4205 includes the following amenities of the resort, two pools (one heated during winter months), tennis courts, shuffleboard, pickleball, bocce, fishing ponds and 24-hour security. A large clubhouse is also available to rent for meetings, reunions and weddings.
The private balcony overlooks pools and breathtaking sunsets. This unit was remodeled with families in mind. There is a kid’s room set up with bunk beds and a full size bed with its own TV. A pack-n-play/basinet and high chair are stored in the main bedroom closet. Brand-new stainless-steel appliances complete the full kitchen. Enjoy the new flat screen smart TV’s with WiFi and cable, coffee maker, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The kitchen table seats six when adding the bar stools. A QR code in the living room allows for effortless WiFi connection.
The master suite contains a king size bed, smart TV, and private full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
There is additional seating in the living room for your comfort. The sofa turns into a full-size bed for additional sleep space. The condo sleeps eight. There is even a wet bar. This condo comes with games, beach towels, beach chairs and blanket, pool toys, sand toys, beach umbrella, fishing pole and a beach tote for guest’s convenience. At St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet, you're just minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine, and less than a 2-hour drive from Disney World and all the other Orlando attractions. Approximately one hour drive from Daytona Beach to enjoy Bike Week and other festivities. Restaurants and minigolf are within walking distance. This condo is also a great location for golf vacations. The Intracoastal Waterway is very close with hiking trails through a nature preserve and plenty of opportunities for sailing, canoeing, and kayaking. If you like shopping or casual and fine dining, you've come to the right place.
